District Manager

Join the largest delivery-first restaurant group in the United States! Location: This is a hybrid-remote role with expected travel throughout Texas, primarily Dallas, Austin and Houston.

Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: $110,000 - $116,000 annual salary + Period Bonuses

District Manager Responsibilities

• Hybrid Work Model
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens/locations
• Partner with Regional Director to hire, coach and develop Kitchen Managers and other staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor and Coach operational procedures to maintain high company standards
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance with Kitchen Managers
• Analyze financial performance with Kitchen Managers and provide support with recommendations for improvement
• Analyze customer reviews to assist kitchens with service standards

District Manager Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills and customer service skills
• Minimum of 5 years of kitchen management experience
• Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit kitchen experience, managing 4 or more kitchen locations (QSR kitchen experience a plus)
• Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets
• Willingness to travel onsite throughout Texas up 75% of the work week. Out of state travel may be required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
