District Manager

*Base Salary: HKD $18,000 (Total earnings including performance bonus and standard benefits exceed HKD $20,000).

*This position requires working across multiple retail stores and the head office.

About the role

This role involves coordinating and implementing business strategies, daily operations and administrative process optimisation across multiple retail outlets and offices. You will manage regional branch operations, lead teams, and maintain a positive work environment while overseeing frontline staff training and service quality to meet company business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement business strategies, daily operations and administrative process optimisation across retail outlets
• Manage regional branch operations, build team cohesion and maintain a positive work atmosphere
• Supervise and train frontline staff to enhance service quality and achieve company business targets
• Regularly review branch sales performance, display standards and store environment cleanliness
• Plan staffing levels and scheduling for each store to ensure sufficient operational resources
• Monitor employee discipline and professional conduct, implement branch regulations and systems
• Maintain good customer relationships, handle customer feedback and manage crisis incidents appropriately
• Plan and execute regional promotional activities to drive customer traffic and sales across branches

About you

• 5 years or above experience in music or education institutions
• Secondary school diploma or above
• Excellent leadership abilities, team collaboration and cross-departmental communication skills
• Strong adaptability and crisis management capability, able to solve problems independently under pressure
• Strong logical analysis skills, business management mindset and decisive decision-making ability
• Warm interpersonal approach, strong sense of responsibility, passionate about service industry and music education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese document processing
