District Sales Manager

We’re redefining remote cardiac monitoring, and we’re looking for an experienced District Sales Manager to lead regional growth and develop a high-performing field sales team.

THE ROLE

You’ll oversee an assigned district, leading sales representatives responsible for selling to cardiologists, electrophysiologists, hospitals, IDNs, and private practices. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team development, field execution, and strategic account support.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create and execute district growth strategies

• Establish sales goals and hold representatives accountable

• Conduct field rides and support complex account conversions

• Build relationships with physicians, KOLs, and executive stakeholders

• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM accuracy

• Identify competitive activity and regional market opportunities

• Consistently achieve district revenue targets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3-4 years of DM experience in cardiac sales

• Previous sales-management experience

• Direct cardiology, electrophysiology, or remote cardiac-monitoring experience strongly preferred

• Proven success developing sales representatives and growing new markets

• Strong forecasting, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree

• Ability to travel extensively throughout the district
