Market Manager is an exciting position for those who are seeking a long-term sales opportunity! As a Market Manager, you will be overseeing a team of Employees and Stores who are demonstrating and promoting MetroPCS plans and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure 100% event staffing in your local market

Responsible for leading a team driving brand advocacy and daily sales performance by coaching/guidance

Clearly communicate objectives, timelines, project status, and budget updates, as well as risks/opportunities to the team on a regular and consistent basis

Drive internal communications plan and oversee launch of Team meetings strategy, implementation, execution and reporting.

Maintain a relationship with local Team to ensure customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures

Ensure team members are meeting customer expectations

Resolve customer complaints on a daily basis

Ordering and tracking Inventory

Performs additional and administrative duties as assigned

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
