District Manager

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple store locations, drive business performance, and ensure consistent operational standards. The successful candidate will lead store managers, improve sales performance, maintain customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives across the assigned district.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and business performance across multiple store locations.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Supervise, coach, and support store managers to improve operational performance.
• Monitor sales results, expenses, inventory levels, and key performance indicators.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Ensure consistent customer service, store presentation, and brand standards across all locations.
• Review staffing requirements, recruitment, training, and employee performance.
• Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to improve sales and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, control operating costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Address operational issues, customer complaints, and performance challenges.
• Prepare regular district performance reports and business forecasts for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in retail management, multi-store operations, or district management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and improve business performance.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and operational management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and travel within the assigned district.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
