District Manager 分區經理 (中式餐廳)

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets and drive performance to achieve targets and KPIs including but not limited to Sales, P&L, Food Cost, Manpower, QSC&V standard of the Company.

協助公司推展業務，清楚公司文化及運營目標，有效提升店鋪的生產力、運作效率、營運質素、人手控制等符合公司要求及目標。

• Manage a team of F&B staff to deliver high quality customer service and food
• 推動餐飲員工團隊，提供高質客戶服務及食品給顧客
• Plan and organize F&B promotions of different business units
• 策劃和組織不同業務部門嘅餐飲促銷活動
• Preparing sales reports with data analysis and improvement suggestions for management
• 制定銷售報告，包括數據分析和改進建議
• Collect competitor, market intelligence to provide constructive insights to improve and stay competitive in customer experience/journey.
• 搜集市場情報，提供建設性見解，以改善和保持競爭力

Requirements:

• Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management or any related discipline 擁有相關餐飲或酒店管理資歷
• For DM, a minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role within Food and Beverage. 分區經理 (5年) 或以上餐飲業管理經驗, 以熟悉飲食業（茶餐廳）運作模式，熟悉菜單製定迎合顧客需要，與出品部保持良好的溝通
• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills 善於同時處理多項任務和決策能力
• Good Communication and good personal emotional management 具有良好的溝通技巧及良好的個人情緒管理。
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment  自我激勵，敬業樂業，容易適應節奏快的環境
• Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, Excel) 懂 Microsoft軟件 (包括Word, Excel)
