職責:
- 協助公司籌備及推展門市店舖之業務和行政工作
- 確保店舖衛生整潔，產品品質及食安等
- 提供優質顧客服務，處理顧客投訴及危機
- 協助指導及培訓同事，推動士氣，以達公司的工作標準
- 監察店內各級員工的紀律及操守
要求:
- 至少5年餐飲/零售業工作經驗，而至少2年類似的相關行業經驗
- 良好的溝通和人際關係技巧
- 有責任感和熱衷於服務業
- 有良好的團隊合作精神和能在壓力下工作
- 具備領導能力和解決問題的能力
- 擅長決策，靈活性和分析能力
- 對餐飲業市場趨勢具有強烈的意識並敢於創新

- 平均年薪不少於$450,000
- 首年保證月入$28,000-30,000
- 一個月固定休息6天
