District Manager

Employment Details

• Location: Los Angeles

• Full-time

• Salary: $50,000–$80,000 per year, based on experience and capabilities

• Reports to: Regional Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned restaurants and review operations, service, product quality, and standard recipes.

• Train managers and employees and follow up on implementation of improvements.

• Analyze sales, orders, labor costs, and inventory data and prepare regular reports.

• Check POS, online menus, and promotion settings and coordinate follow-up actions.

• Coordinate communication between headquarters and restaurants and support new openings and operations projects.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management or foodservice operations management experience required.

• Experience managing multiple restaurants or supporting restaurant training and openings preferred.

• Ability to communicate at work in Korean and English.

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, email, and POS systems required.

• Ability to visit restaurants and travel for work.

• Ability to complete requests on schedule and report results clearly.
