Salary: $82,000 – $86,000
Schedule: Five-day work week

The Waldwin Group operates a network of Dunkin’ restaurants across the Boston area. We are people-first operators who believe great guest experiences start with great teams. We are seeking a District Manager to lead our stores in Nubian Square and Dorchester.

The Role
The District Manager is responsible for Dunkin’ retail operations across the assigned territory. This leader directs a team of store managers, keeps every restaurant aligned with our mission and core values, and drives the results that meet our short- and long-term goals, including budgeted district revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellence in retail operations across every store in the district
• Develop the management team to meet brand standards, core values and company mission
• Oversee restaurant standards and their day-to-day application
• Execute marketing programs and product placement
• Manage payroll, budgets and operating expenses
• Control inventory and food cost
• Lead recruiting strategy and participate in the hiring process
• Reinforce Human Resources policies and regulations
• Serve as liaison with employees and outside organizations
• Perform other related responsibilities as needed
