District Manager

Role & responsibilities

*Manage & Operate district level operations of the 108 emergency ambulance services.

*Lead, Supervise and manage field staff in a 24*7 emergency service environment.

*Ensure compliance with service level agreement (SLAs), response time targets and service quality standers.

*Coordinate with the district administration, Civil Surgeon, Government authorities, and other key stakeholders.

*Ensure ambulance fleet readiness and operational efficiency.

*Manage manpower planning, staff deployment and attendance monitoring.

*Monitor MIS reports, analyse operational performance and handle escalations.

*Support community awareness initiative related to emergency medical services.
