District Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on District Manager to oversee our three cell phone repair locations. This role is responsible for coaching employees, hiring and developing strong teams, helping each store hit its performance goals, and maintaining accurate inventory.

Cell phone repair experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across all three locations.
• Coach employees on sales.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.
• Monitor store performance and create action plans to meet sales and operational goals.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, investigate discrepancies, and ensure stores have the parts and supplies they need.
• Hold teams accountable for company procedures and quality standards.
• Help resolve customer concerns and support employees with challenging repairs.
• Visit each location regularly to provide hands-on support.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on cell phone repair experience is required.
• Experience managing, coaching, or leading a team.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple locations.
• Comfortable tracking sales goals, store performance, and inventory.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly between South Austin, Round Rock, and Bastrop.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
