District Manager (Mindanao)

About the role

As the DistrictManager (Mindanao) at Medethix Inc', you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of medical representatives to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets across the Visayas- Mindanano. What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales goals
• Recruit, train, manage and motivate a high-performing team of sales representatives
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance
• Collaborate closely with other regional managers and the central sales team to align on overall company sales objectives
• Foster strong relationships with key accounts and customers to drive repeat business and expansion
• Continuously monitor market conditions, identify new prospects and develop sales pipelines
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales representatives to support their professional development

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of successful experience in sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and developing high-performing sales teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Thorough understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management and market trends
• Proficient in using sales-related software and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
