District Manager - Ohio

For our client, we are seeking a District Manager - Ohio to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will oversee multi-store operations across the district, with a primary focus on driving sales, profitability, and consistent execution. The District Manager will partner closely with Store Managers and field teams to strengthen performance, improve customer experience, and ensure operational standards are met. Success in this position will require strong leadership, analytical thinking, and disciplined follow-through across retail locations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $190,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales and profit targets
• Implement strategic action plans to optimize profitability
• Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with company policies
• Recruit, train, and support Store Managers in their development
• Foster excellent customer service through effective training and support
• Analyze competitor practices and report findings to management
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management across stores

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a multi-store environment
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and develop teams
• Strong analytical skills to monitor sales and performance metrics
• Proficient in budgeting and expense management
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders
