District Officer

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure that projected number of staff is onboard at District office

· Ensure that projected number of private providers are onboard in the district

· Facilitate district providers for all official matters

· Ensure the timely approval of data in FLAME

· Supervise all the financial matters of the components operating in the district

· Ensure that instruments and equipment are given to providers in accordance with the protocol

· Ensure fixed assets existence and maintenance at district office

· Ensure that complete and updates database of providers are shared with region teams on monthly basis

· Ensure that the projected number of Mohallah meetings are conducted for each provider

· Conduct yearly performance appraisal and identify staff need assessment

· Ensure that the use of resources are in accordance with protocols of MSS

· Conduct monthly desk meetings with field teams for reporting and addressing their challenges

· Supervise all the financial matters of the components operating in the district

· Supervise all the HR related matters of the districts Facilitate in piloting initiatives and conducting research and studies by SO

· Facilitate QA, IA and third-party verification/evaluation parties for assessment, monitoring and audit

Facilitate internal and external visitors sent by MSS in the district

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor, Masters in Management \Social Sciences

Experience: 3-5 year's experience in managerial position with strong knowledge on project management processes & community development
