District Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Target Achievement: Drive primary and secondary sales targets for the full product range within the assigned district or territory.
• Channel & Network Management: Appoint, manage, and expand the network of stockists, distributors, and dealers.
• Market Expansion: Identify new markets, onboard new retail outlets, and increase product depth and visibility.
• Influencer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local trade influencers (such as masons, contractors, builders, or agronomists depending on the sector).
• Beat Planning & Outlet Visits: Conduct regular market and beat visits to check stock availability, product display, and freshness.
• Credit & Recovery: Manage trade credit limits, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely financial collections.
• Competitor & Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, schemes, and activities, reporting daily market observations via sales automation apps.
• Reporting & Compliance: Submit daily sales reports, MIS data, and visit logs accurately through CRM or sales force automation tools.
