Open to travel to customer sites for high profile issue resolution.
Experience in customer onboarding and training
Ability to relay functionality changes or software change to department
teams proactively, and likewise analyse and report
necessary functional requests to DITs B. Tech / B. E in CS/IT/EE or MCA; With 6 years of IT experience
