District Sales Manager

• Responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of Medical Representatives within the assigned district.
• Drives sales performance, market penetration, and execution of marketing strategies for cardiology-related products.
• Ensures achievement of sales targets and implements territory business plans.
• Builds strong relationships with key healthcare professionals including doctors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or any healthcare-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a District Sales Manager
• Strong background in cardiology is an advantage.
• Proven leadership, coaching skills, and strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to be assigned in GMA area.
