We are currently looking for a driven, highly motivated Field Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing division and turn neighborhoods into thriving solar communities by educating homeowners about their energy options.

The Role As the Field Marketing Manager, you are the engine of our field operations. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating a team of field marketing agents to generate high-quality solar appointments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work directly alongside your team in the field, providing guidance, support, and continuous coaching.

What You’ll Do:

• Build the Team: Actively recruit, interview, and onboard new marketing agents and team leads.
• Coach & Train: Implement our comprehensive training program to ensure every agent is equipped to confidently answer questions and educate homeowners.
• Lead in the Field: Run daily team huddles, assign territories, and shadow agents in the field to provide real-time feedback and communication refinement.
• Drive Performance: Track daily and weekly team metrics, set ambitious goals, and run team incentives to keep morale high.
• Strategize: Optimize territory management and work closely with senior leadership to maximize lead generation rates.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in the solar industry and team management.
• Prior experience in field marketing or direct community outreach is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a proven track record of meeting team targets.
• Resilience and the ability to inspire and motivate a team of goal-oriented marketing agents.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel throughout the territory.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
