• Salary: ₱30,000–₱35,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Innovamed Industries International Philippines Inc. is looking for a results-driven District Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop key hospital accounts, expand territories, and drive business growth across our medical device business.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and monitor Medical Sales Representatives.

• Develop territory strategies and drive sales target achievement.
• Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and institutional accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare management reports.
• Conduct field visits and coach the team to improve sales results.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in team leadership, sales supervision, territory management, or account management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, hospital, or government institutional sales is an advantage.
