Job Summary:
The District Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the Tires and Batteries Department's sales activities within the designated district. This role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving sales growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and achieving targets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the automotive industry, specifically tires and batteries, and demonstrate a passion for coaching and mentoring a team of sales representatives.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven success in sales strategy development
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Willing to be assigned in North NCR area
We are looking for an INCENTIVE-DRIVEN person
Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
