Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency, using standardized tools and observations,
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs, goals, and developmental stage,
• Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve communication skills and facilitate early intervention,
• Educate teachers on techniques to support communication development in educational settings,
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with regulatory standards, and
• Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices, physiology knowledge, medical terminology, and anatomy to ensure the highest quality of care.

Pay: $48,726.00 - $111,795.00 per year
