District Support Pharmacist FT

Position Overview

Baylor Scott & White Pharmacy #111 is seeking a licensed District Support Pharmacist to provide pharmacy coverage, support multiple locations, and help maintain safe and efficient pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacist coverage and support across assigned locations
• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and safety
• Counsel patients on medications and proper use
• Support pharmacy teams with daily workflow and clinical needs
• Assist with training and guidance for pharmacy staff
• Monitor medication inventory and operational procedures
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation
• Follow applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree
• Active Texas pharmacist license in good standing
• Previous retail, hospital, or community pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Excellent attention to detail and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to travel between assigned pharmacy locations

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
