District/Asssociate Sales Manager

We are looking for a District Manager to lead and inspire our field force across North Luzon, driving business growth while developing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead, coach, and develop Medical Representatives within the assigned district

✅ Drive achievement of sales objectives and business targets

✅ Execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders

✅ Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and business opportunities

✅ Ensure effective territory management and team performance

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales leadership or district management
2. Strong people management, coaching, and leadership skills
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
4. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance
5. Strong analytical and business planning capabilities
6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
7. Willingness to travel extensively within North Luzon
