Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator (Offrole)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of DEI programs and initiatives
• Manage schedules, timelines, and program documentation
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and campaigns
• Create and manage internal communication content
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Track data, feedback, and support reporting activities
• Assist in operational tasks including logistics and coordination

Candidate Profile:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Degree in Mass Communication, HR, Marketing, Media, or related field
• Strong interest in DEI, employee engagement, and workplace culture
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
