Division IT Manager

Chaberton Professionals, division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to Middle and Top Management search, is currently seeking a Division IT Manager for a Global industrial manufacturing company operating across diversified technology and engineered products markets.

The role will lead a distributed international IT organization, coordinating internal teams, regional resources and external service providers across multiple geographies. Acting as a strategic business partner, the successful candidate will support growth, operational excellence and data-driven decision making through the modernization of applications, infrastructure and data capabilities.

Key Responsabilities:

• Define and execute the divisional IT roadmap in alignment with business priorities and corporate guidelines.
• Lead the standardization and modernization of the application landscape, with a strong focus on ERP transformation and harmonization across international sites. Drive the evolution of data and analytics capabilities, establishing data governance, enabling business intelligence adoption and supporting advanced reporting and forecasting solutions.
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring a consistent and secure technology environment across all locations.
• Manage a hybrid delivery model composed of internal resources, regional IT teams and managed service providers.
• Establish effective governance, performance monitoring and project portfolio management practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, digitalization and operational efficiency.
• Ensure effective vendor management, budget control and investment prioritization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading global and geographically distributed IT organizations.
• Strong track record in ERP transformation, modernization and standardization programs.
• Solid understanding of data platforms, business intelligence and analytics ecosystems.
• Experience overseeing cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external partners, outsourced services and multi-vendor environments.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and change management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience operating in international and matrix organizations.

Location: Province of Varese (Italy) or Tolmin (Slovenia)

Compensation:

• RAL 90.000 - 110.000
