Division Manager

1. Facility Operations Management

a) Ensure smooth daily operations across all zones (gym, studios, pools, reception, etc.)

b) Monitor equipment functionality and cleanliness

c) Oversee maintenance schedules

1. Team Leadership

a) Supervise all team members: receptionists, trainers, cleaners, lifeguards, etc.

b) Conduct daily briefings and regular team meetings (daily with Sales Team and weekly

with PTs)

c) Oversee/create schedules, shift rotations, and attendance

d) Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations

e) Foster a positive and motivating work environment

1. Customer Experience & Member Relations

a) Ensure high-quality service delivery and hospitality standards

b) Resolve member complaints or escalations swiftly

c) Gather member feedback for continuous improvement

1. Sales & Revenue Support

a) Support marketing and sales efforts by overseeing lead generation channels, tours, and

membership sales

b) Monitor member retention rates and work on strategies to increase

c) Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on promotions and activations

1. Reporting & Administration

a) Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

b) Monitor budgets and expenses, give an opinion/recommendation if something is

noticed

c) Track inventory and order supplies/equipment as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

The Division Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all operational aspects of the fitness facility, ensuring excellence in service delivery, team performance, and member satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, staff supervision, facility management, and coordination across all departments to ensure that business goals and customer expectations are consistently met.
