Responsibilities

• Oversee profit and loss management by analyzing financial data, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue streams.
• Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support business development efforts.
• Utilize Excel data analysis for decision-making, forecasting, and reporting on key performance indicators.

Skills

• Proven management experience with a track record of leading large teams and executive-level teams effectively.
• Expertise in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and operational oversight.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent managerial communication skills to convey strategic vision clearly and motivate teams.
• Deep understanding of business management principles including sales strategies and customer service excellence.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities supported by proficiency in Excel data analysis tools.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
