Division Manager - Transit Efficiency

Job Responsibilities

1. Operation & Manpower Efficiency Management

Optimize overall transit operation efficiency under headquarters guidance. Monitor daily staffing input, analyze on-site staff abnormal issues, and track weekend operational performance to maximize manpower utilization and stabilize overall productivity of all hubs.

2. Attendance & Workforce Stability Control

Set clear attendance assessment targets for self-operated teams, track real-time attendance performance, and launch targeted improvement measures to ensure continuous and stable workforce efficiency.

3. Overtime Budget & Policy Compliance Management

Formulate and execute overtime plans for both in-source and out-source teams. Strictly control overtime costs to ensure all OT arrangements comply with company budget and HQ management policies.

4. Hub Organization & Operation System Construction

Optimize and adjust hub organizational structure. Manage internal staff ratio via personnel transfer, promotion and demotion arrangements to maintain long-term operational balance and team structure stability.

5. KPI System Development & Implementation

Design and launch unified KPI assessment schemes for hub managers, supervisors and sorters. Collect and summarize monthly/regular performance data, and align with headquarters on incentive policies and performance standards.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or related majors.

2. 3–5 years and above working experience in operation management, cost control or manpower planning fields, with practical hub operation management experience preferred.

3. Possess strong data analysis, logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Familiar with KPI indicator design and workforce resource modeling. Proficient in Excel, Power BI and other data reporting tools for daily performance analysis.

4. Excellent cross-department communication and coordination skills. Equipped with team leadership and systematic performance management capabilities.

5. Fluent in both Thai&Chinese or Thai &English in oral and written communication.
