Division Merchandise Manager - Private Label

The Division Merchandise Manager for Private Label is responsible for driving the overall strategy, development, and performance of the company’s private label products. Manages product selection, pricing, supplier partnerships, and inventory to drive profitability and align with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive private label product strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Manage product development from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with suppliers and teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Track product performance and optimize assortment, inventory, and margins.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• 5–8 years of merchandising experience, preferably in retail or private label

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on sales and profitability

• Excellent negotiation and supplier management capabilities

• Proven leadership and team management experience
