Brand New! Urgent role | Divisional Financial Controller | Surrey
We are supporting a highly successful PE-backed Group based in Surrey to hire a Divisional Financial Controller to look after two £10mil t/o sites. This is a highly visible role within the Group, who are entering into another exciting phase of growth through acquisition.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end results, variance analysis, and commentary for consolidation.

Maintain a robust financial control environment, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

Deliver high-quality balance sheet reconciliations and oversee working capital and cashflow performance.

Partner with the central finance team to harmonise processes, policies, and systems across regional businesses.

Strong technical accounting knowledge with a solid understanding of UK GAAP.

Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site financial operations.

Strong Excel skills, with genuine curiosity about the numbers behind the numbers.

Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and operations.

What’s On Offer:

Salary £70,000 - £75,000

£6,000 Car Allowance

15% Bonus

Matched Pension

25 days holiday

Hybrid and flexible working

Room to grow, freedom to lead, and a supportive and encouraging FD

I am shortlisting now, with interviews taking place week commencing 28th September.
If this sounds like you, please contact me for more information!
