Divisional Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across assigned campuses, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Monitor administration, facilities, transport, security, housekeeping, procurement, and statutory compliance.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, cost optimization, and effective resource utilization.
• Coordinate with school leadership and support functions to ensure seamless execution of academic and administrative activities.
• Prepare operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage campus operations teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Handle vendor management, audits, risk management, and emergency response planning.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned based on the operational requirements of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 812 years of experience in operations or administration, preferably in the education sector or a multi-unit organization.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, budgeting, compliance, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, team management, and organizational abilities with proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
