About The Role As a Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop teams, ensuring every customer receives the exceptional service expected from the Mercedes-Benz brand.

This is a multi-site role , supporting our Mercedes-Benz dealerships across:

• Ascot
• Aylesbury
• Beaconsfield
• Reading
• Slough

As such, flexibility and a willingness to travel between locations is essential.

You'll manage the customer journey from vehicle check-in through to collection, keeping customers fully informed throughout the process and ensuring complete satisfaction at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the aftersales journey
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop
• Manage service bookings, repairs and customer enquiries
• Keep customers updated regularly on vehicle progress
• Manage customer expectations and resolve queries professionally
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services where appropriate
• Maintain accurate and compliant records
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
• Support multiple Mercedes-Benz dealerships as business needs require
• Contribute to achieving customer experience and departmental performance targets

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly professional and customer-focused individual with proven experience in a franchised dealership environment who can confidently deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment is essential
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of aftersales processes and customer service excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Professional, positive and customer-focused approach
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness and ability to travel between our Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Ascot, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Reading and Slough
