• Team setup: Product team within Cyberdefense department

Project Summary

Support the Cyberdefense department in managing and contributing to multiple Data Loss Prevention (DLP) projects. The role combines project/product management responsibilities with technical knowledge in data security and DLP solutions.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of data security and DLP strategies

• Support multiple ongoing projects within the Cyberdefense department

• Analyze data security requirements and associated risks

• Develop and manage DLP policies, rules, and controls

• Oversee testing and implementation of DLP rules

• Configure and adjust DLP tools according to operational needs

• Investigate and resolve DLP-related incidents

• Provide reporting and monitoring of DLP performance and compliance

• Support budget tracking and basic financial management activities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Participate in project planning and delivery management

Experience Required

Mandatory:

• 3 to 5 years of experience

• Experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) projects or experience with Microsoft Purview or Defender

• Knowledge of data security principles (data leakage prevention, access control, encryption)

• Experience in project and/or product management

• English (mandatory)

Preferred:

• Experience in team coordination or management

• Experience with budget tracking or financial follow-up

• Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira)

• Knowledge of data classification
