DM APPROVED ENGINEER

Livingacre Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced *DM Approved Engineer* to join our construction team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate *Dubai Municipality (DM) approvals* for construction projects.

* Prepare, submit, and follow up on drawings, documents, and applications with relevant authorities.

* Coordinate with Dubai Municipality and other government authorities regarding project approvals.

* Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and site teams throughout the approval process.

* Monitor approval status and ensure submissions are completed within project timelines.

* Handle comments, revisions, resubmissions, and technical clarifications from authorities.

* Ensure project documentation complies with Dubai Municipality requirements and regulations.

* Support the project team with technical and authority-related requirements.

* Maintain proper records of approvals, submissions, NOCs, and related documentation.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in *Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering / related field*.

* Valid *Dubai Municipality Engineer approval* is required.

* Minimum *2 years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE construction*.

* Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality procedures, regulations, and approval processes.

* Experience in handling construction permits, drawings, NOCs, inspections, and authority submissions.

* Good knowledge of AutoCAD and construction documentation.

* Strong coordination and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple project approvals.

Preferred

* Experience with *villa construction, renovation, extensions, landscaping, and related construction works*.

* Knowledge of other Dubai authorities and approval procedures.

* UAE driving license is an advantage.
