Duties & Responsibilities

1. Took ownership of project planning and execution, including procurement request (PR) initiation, vendor coordination, resource allocation, and interdepartmental collaboration.

2. Developed and reviewed BOQs and detailed cost estimates for solar and conventional power systems, enabling accurate budgeting and efficient resource planning.

3. Led the design and engineering of large-scale solar power projects (Hybrid and On-Grid) for NGR and BOT roads, ensuring compliance with national standards and project objectives.

4. Supervised the implementation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems across critical road infrastructure projects, maintaining strict timelines and quality benchmarks.

5. Spearheaded power system upgrade initiatives, including LV panel design, testing, and commissioning, to improve network reliability and efficiency.

6.Prepared and delivered comprehensive PowerPoint presentations for executive-level briefings, technical reviews, and stakeholder engagement.

7. Conducted technical site assessments and feasibility visits for new power infrastructure projects.

8.Oversaw the performance of on-grid solar systems across project sites, implementing strategies for power optimization and operational continuity.

9. Served as the go-to technical expert for diagnosing and resolving complex power-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Qualifications

MS/ BS Electrical Technology

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in deployment, operation and maintenance of Power eqpt (gensets, UPS/ Inverters, and solar systems)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Electrical Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
• Proficiency in PM/CM documentation and reporting tools.
• Load Management and power distribution system understanding.
• Good communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in field conditions when required.

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
