What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Define the vehicle acceptance criteria as per corporate req.
- Communicate the company requirements to the concerned parties.
- Perform Safety Inspection as per the checklist as per go no go sheet & All vehicle checks as per for MSD compliance
- Perform Induction for all divers.
- Maintain TBT and other data for monthly data for reporting.
- Prepare for Monthly Compliance for reporting.
- Maintain workplace in safe.
- Conduct DDT training of Dedicated or non-dedicated vehicles.
- Conduct CTA training and communicate all incident which is happened in previous month.
- Conduct Mistry Follow-up every month.
- Conduct Journey Risk Management & develop JRM report.
- Responsible to implement INSWA DMC guidelines & record the compliances as per the annexure.
- Conduct review meetings of transporters in presence of safety team.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma in Fire & Industrial Safety Management / Diploma in IOSH (Industrial Occupational safety & Health Managing Safely).
- Diploma Master Heavy Transport Vehicle & Defensive Drive Training Certificate
