DME Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Perform field service activities including equipment repair, maintenance, and calibration.

-Work with patients on how to work equipment post op surgery

-Scheduling patients for cold therapy units

• Use mechanical knowledge and hand tools to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to assist in equipment repairs.
• Collaborate with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) representatives for technical support and parts ordering.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.

-Order Bracing/supplies. Keeping Inventory of DME supplies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or field service position is preferred.
• Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use various hand tools for equipment repairs.
• Knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
