DM/Manager Purchase MEP

We are building a sharp, fast-moving team and looking for someone who understands MEP BOQ for data centers, energy & electrification projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and onboarding vendors for MEP items pertaining to BOQs of data centers, electrification and energy projects.
• Building and managing strong relationships with manufacturers, OEMs and distributors
• Negotiating prices, payment terms, and commercial deals like a pro.
• Keeping an eye on market trends, to make smart buying decisions.
• Coordinating with sales, projects, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely supplies and smooth execution.
• Finding ways to optimize cost, improve turnaround time, and keep the supply chain running efficiently.

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in MEP procurement across EPC companies focusing on data centers, electrification++.
• Good understanding of MEP products and market dynamics.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Comfortable with Excel, commercial documentation, and daily coordination.
• Someone who can take ownership without needing constant follow-ups.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• MBA is a bonus, not a requirement.
