Responsibilities Job Description

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify medical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform clinical diagnoses and ensure accurate medical documentation for each patient case.
• Provide emergency medical support and care as required, ensuring rapid response to critical situations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Manage and monitor medication administration and patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Counsel patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment options, and preventative healthcare measures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with medical standards and regulations.
