• Develop and implement in vitro ADEM research strategies covering the entire workflow from target validation to drug candidates. 制定并实施体外ADME研究策略，覆盖从靶点验证到候选药物筛选的全流程。
• Ensure in vitro ADME data comply with China-U.S. dual submission (NMPA/FDA) regulatory requirements, and participate in the preparation and review of CTD/eCTD dossiers. 确保体外ADME研究数据符合中美双报（NMPA/FDA）的法规要求，参与撰写和审核CTD/eCTD申报资料。
• Oversee end-to-end management of multiple client projects, including study design, experimental execution, data interpretation, and final report delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. 负责多个客户项目的全流程管理，包括方案设计、实验执行、数据解读及最终报告交付，确保项目按时、按质完成。
• Serve as the core technical subject matter expert (SME) in DMPK, directly engaging with key clients for technical consultation, and supporting the business development team in proposal preparation and project bidding. 作为DMPK领域的核心技术专家，直接参与重要客户的沟通，提供专业咨询，协助商务团队完成新项目竞标和技术洽谈。
• Lead and manage in vitro Met team, with full responsibility for recruitment, performance evaluation, and career development planning. 领导并管理体外代谢团队，负责人员招聘、绩效考核及职业发展规划。 任职要求： 1. 药物代谢、药代动力学、有机化学等相关领域硕士学位； 2. 5年以上相关工作经验，其中1年以上管理经验； 3. 药物代谢、酶学和/或小分子和大分子结构阐明方面的工作知识； 4. 具有使用和维护液相色谱-高分辨质谱的实际经验，用于生物样品中小分子和大分子检测和结构表征； 5. 良好的英语口语和写作技巧。
