Key Responsibilities

• Drive implementation, rollout, and adoption of DMS (Distribution Management System) and SFA solutions across distributor networks.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Finance, Commercial, and IT teams.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly business dashboards and management reports for leadership reviews.
• Manage distributor onboarding, user training, and change management initiatives.
• Lead and supervise 5-6 off-roll team members.
• Create impactful presentations and present business insights to stakeholders.
• Support process improvement and digital transformation initiatives in the sales function.
• Travel across India to support rollout, training, and business requirements.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of experience in DMS and SFA implementation/support.
• Strong understanding of distributor management and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard creation.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects.

Preferred

• Experience in FMCG/FMEG industry.
• Exposure to secondary sales systems and distributor operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree required; B.Tech/B.E. qualification preferred.
