Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Create and maintain customer, vehicle, and transaction records in the system.
• Process and update vehicle sales, purchase, stock, invoicing, and delivery-related transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, booking, billing, and delivery status.

Required Skills

• Experience in automobile dealership operations will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility

• Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in DMS operations or automobile dealership operations.
• Candidates with experience in automobile dealerships, OEM DMS, or automotive ERP systems will be preferred.
• Candidates should have good computer and Excel skills.
