Doc Con Assistant

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Ensure documents (procedures, WIs, specification and drawings etc.) are properly controlled, registered, filed, stored, maintained, issuance, and archived as per approved procedures.
• Update and maintain Documents Issuance Master List for effective traceability.
• Ensure effective retrieval and disposal of obsolete documents.
• Manage and administrate EDMS. Liaise with IT personnel pertaining technical issues on EDMS
• Update and maintain quality record in Record Retention Room (Within Duration Period).
• Disposition of Quality Record in accordance with approved procedure.
• Ensure all active documents are up-to-date.
• Ensure calibration reports and records and properly reviewed and maintained.
• Assist QMS/QA Engineer in compiling of FAI documentation/package.
• Perform any other tasks and duties as and when assigned by Superior.

Requirements :

• SPM / STPM with minimum 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity and industry.
• For fresh graduate, minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Computer literacy
• Able to understand and communicate in English.
