Responsibilities
- Review court filings, orders, and legal documents
- Interpret California state and federal court rules
- Calculate and calendar litigation deadlines
- Maintain accurate docket entries and case records
- Support attorneys and legal teams across multiple practice areas
Qualifications
- Prior litigation docketing experience in a law firm environment
- Strong knowledge of California state and federal court procedures
- Experience calculating complex litigation deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume setting
- CompuLaw experience required
