• 配合上级督导餐厅的日常工作和服务，以确保各项政策，程序和标准的正常运作以满足和超越客户的期望为目标 2.协助和监督下属的工作，协助餐厅经理完成日常工作计划的准备，以确保有足够数量的服务人员为顾客提供服务 3.定时检查餐厅的设施及设备并确保所有的设备运转正常和安全，及定期清洁，保养维修 4.保持高度集中，以确保餐厅服务的顺利进行，促进良好的公共关系，纠正员工的错误行为和处理客户的投诉，以确保他们得到满意的回复 5.预期并保持所有的物料和用品的有效期。确保所有食品，生产设备，工具和服务设备的正确和安全使用

1、大专及以上学历。 2、1以上同岗位工作经验。 3、工作细致认真，责任心强，具备较强的责任性和执行能力。 4、有筹开工作经验的和条件优秀者可适当放宽条件。
