What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as Document Controller, Admin Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar position; experience in construction industry is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in document control procedures, filing systems, and document tracking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Familiar with document numbering, revision control, transmittals, and document logs.
- Able to maintain organized and accurate hardcopy and electronic records.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing, outdated, or incorrect documents.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Able to handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Organized, systematic, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work on-site/project sites when required.
- Knowledge of construction documents such as drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, reports, and correspondence is an advantage.
