Doctor Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors across various specialties, including:

  • General Practitioners (GP)
  • Specialists (Cardiology, Obstetrics & Gynecology (O&G), ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, Respiratory, Dermatology, etc.)

• Act as the key point of contact between the company, pharmaceutical partners, and healthcare providers

• Actively recruit new doctors to expand and strengthen the provider network

• Identify gaps in the network and source suitable specialists to meet business needs

• Maintain regular communication with doctors to ensure engagement and satisfaction

• Support onboarding of new providers, including documentation, credentialing, and system setup

• Coordinate with internal teams on provider-related matters (e.g. claims, operations, service quality)

• Monitor doctor performance and service quality, and address issues proactively

• Conduct clinic visits to strengthen relationships and ensure compliance with company standards

• Assist in provider network planning and development initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of working experience (experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Asisstant Manager
