A. Job Summary

Responsible for doctor’s clinic activity

B. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Compiles, submits, requests documents to and from Del Monte (renting doctors documents, billing documents)
2. Helps reception area to answer phone, greet patients, release result when available.
3. Checks and keeps doctors clinic clean and organize.
4. Takes and reports renting doctors concern to ambulatory supervisor.
5. Takes vital and payment of renting doctor’s patients.
6. Helps MD during pap smear collection.
7. Helps OR nurse as needed in patient’s documentation completion and taking patient vitals.
8. Put together ambulatory census to branch manager.
9. Distribute communications to renting doctors.
10. Submits claims of renting doctors to Del Monte billing.
11. Takes charge patient doctor’s appointment schedule.
12. Reports renting doctor schedule to ambulatory clinic supervisor.
13. Keeps cleanliness and organization of the ambulatory clinic.
14. Communicates and provide documents to Philhealth officer for checking.

C. Job Specifications:

Minimum Education Required:

• 2 years course, health related course
