Document Associate

Job Purpose

The Document Associate is responsible for the real-time processing of inbound and outbound transactions, proper filing of documents, and timely transmittal of proof of delivery to the Accounting Department. This role is vital in ensuring accurate ERP transactions and smooth documentation flow.

What You’ll Do

• Process inbound and outbound transactions in our ERP system accurately and on time
• Generate and release ERP documents such as pick lists, sales invoices, and delivery receipts
• Prepare and transmit proof of delivery (POD) documents to the Accounting Department
• Maintain organized and complete filing of documents
• Handle documentation-related queries promptly and professionally
• Prepare reports concerning documentation and submit them to department heads
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Vocational Graduate in Computer, Bookkeeping, or Business Management
• Experience: At least 2 years in warehouse operations
• Skills: Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa Office
