About the role

This role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing all sets of documents for import and export business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will coordinate logistics, customs declaration and other processes, and follow up on shipment progress of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage all sets of documents for import and export business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate logistics, customs declaration and other processes, and follow up on the shipment progress of goods
• Collaborate with relevant departments to complete the necessary documents for foreign exchange settlement, tax clearance and tax refund
• Maintain document archives to ensure complete and accessible information
• Complete other document-related tasks assigned by superiors

About you

• College degree or above
• At least one year of experience in document handling, customs declaration or freight forwarding
• Familiar with the import and export document procedures
• Proficient in using office software such as Excel
• Good reading and writing skills in English, capable of handling English documents and emails
• Careful and responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills
